Who it is for

This is for the business that has a Facebook page, a site a relative put together years ago, or nothing at all, and needs a real website that brings calls and form fills. If you have an hour a day for marketing at most, the site is built to work without you tending it: someone searches, finds you, reads enough to trust you and taps the phone number.

Standard, from $2,450. Five pages, up to eight. For most businesses that is Home, Services, About, Contact and one to three more. Most are finished in 2–3 weeks.

Full, from $3,400. An individual page for each service you offer, plus the standard pages. A roofer with six services gets six service pages, each written to answer what that customer is asking. Ten or more pages take 4–8 weeks.

More pages, an online store or copy written from scratch move the number up; the pricing page spells out what changes it.

How it is built

From your notes and photos

You do not have to write anything polished. A few lines about each service, who you work for, your hours, the towns you cover and the photos on your phone are enough. We write the pages from that, in plain words, and send them to you to read. Nothing goes live until you have approved it.

Phone first

Most people who find a local business are on a phone, so the layout starts there: the phone number and the form near the top, headings you can read at arm's length, photos that load fast. The desktop version follows from it.

The form and the profile

The contact form sends every message to your inbox. Your Google Business Profile is linked from the site and the site from the profile, so a person who finds you on the map can get to the site and back. Basic on-page SEO means every page has a proper title, a description and headings that say what the page is about. Google does not verify or endorse these services.

Checked, and signed off by a person

Every site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA and checked on every build, so it reads with a screen reader and works from a keyboard. AI tools help with the first drafts; a person edits every page and signs off before you see it.

To see how a site for your trade can be laid out, look at the sample websites or the pages for roofers, law firms and deck builders.

Website design questions

How long does it take?

Most five-page sites take 2–3 weeks once we have your notes and photos. Sites with ten or more pages take 4–8 weeks.

What changes the price?

More pages, an online store (from $2,950) and copy written from scratch rather than from your notes. Everything in the included list is part of the Standard price.

Who writes the content?

We do, from your notes. You read every page and approve it before launch.

Who owns the site?

You own the website and the domain. There is no long-term contract, and if you leave a monthly plan you get a zipped copy of the site.
